Scotch® Box Sealing Tapes
A range of box sealing tapes are available from 3M in different thickness to
offer differing tensile strength and adhesion to a variety of applications. The
thicker tapes offer good resistance to splitting when subjected to rough
handling and also absorb impact shock. Easy tear, paper and UPVC tapes are all
available. The UPVC range can be used for sealing, combining, attaching heat
shrinkage sealing and bundling lightweight packages.
Scotch® Narrow Width Tapes
These tapes are available in a variety of widths for bag closure, securing
inner packs or providing a tamper indicating secondary closure on containers.
Tapes with low-noise unwind are available and come in a variety of colours.
Scotch® Bundling and Reinforcing Tapes
Glass yarn filaments reinforce many of our Bundling and Reinforcing tapes
giving them high tensile strength and high impact and cut resistance. Also
available within the range are products reinforced with polypropylene
filaments, giving additional strength to the tape as well as cut and tear
resistance. These products are uniquely formulated to improve on the appearance
of finished packages and pallets by ensuring clarity for accurate scanning of
bar codes and non-interference graphics. Unique ScotchPro™ and ScotchPar™
backings provide some of the products in this range with extra abrasion,
moisture and scuff resistance whilst making them easy to dispense and handle.
In our bundling tapes range we offer special low-density polyethylene backing
to many of our tapes which when stretched becomes low tack to avoid package
damage.
Scotch® Carry Handle System
We offer a range of transparent high performance carry handle tapes. The
adhesive is formulated to offer high grab and shear strengths even at low
temperatures. They will adhere to most plastics and over raps and are available
in various formats.
Scotch® Recloseable and Multipacking Tapes
3M's high performance Multipacking and Recloseable tapes provide good adhesion
to, and removability from a variety of substrates. They are designed for
product combining in the absence of shrink wrap/sleeves, or to keep products
secure during shipping and allow them to be reclosed on opening.

3M Lint Removal Systems - The Lint Removal System provides customers with ways
of picking up lint, debris and pet hair from clothing, furniture and upholstery
quickly and easily.
3M Manual Tape Dispensing Systems
3M have a range of manual dispensers for all packaging products. Scotch brand
hand dispensers help to minimise worker fatigue and we also offer a low noise
dispenser H-150 which helps to reduce noise levels across our box sealing range
by (on average) as much as 10 decibels
